Caregivers

Caregivers are at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is for caregivers to build long-term, successful careers with TEAM NY.

Some of our caregivers have been staples of the TEAM NY community for more than 15 years. Each caregiver is trained in-house, where skills are continuously strengthened. Over time, caregivers become like family—learning everything from patients’ favorite meals to familiar walking routes. When the time comes, many of our caregivers even return to TEAM NY as patients.
