EXPERIENCE
Sarah-Scott began her career at BCG as a strategy consultant. She pivoted to helping early-stage companies grow sand scale at Thrive Capital, a NY-based investment firm, before joining TEAM NY. Sarah-Scott received her MBA from Harvard Business School and BS from Georgia Institute of Technology.

EXPERIENCE
Elaine began her career as a strategy consultant at KPMG, where she spent four years advising private equity-backed and mid-sized companies. Wanting to take on a more hands-on operating role, she transitioned into healthcare operations at TEAM NY. Elaine received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

EXPERIENCE
Autumn began her career at Citigroup as an Equities and Convertible Bonds trader. After receiving her MBA from Columbia Business School, she pivoted her career to Strategy Consulting in Healthcare at BCG before joining TEAM NY. Autumn received her BA from Barnard College.

In home care, I see many patients living alone without family nearby. That reality motivates me to support caregivers and ensure our patients feel cared for, respected, and not forgotten. By strengthening individuals, we strengthen our community.

Kitty studied accounting at Baruch College and brings over 17 years of leadership experience in home care operations. She leads with integrity, values teamwork, and is committed to creating a culture of respect and appreciation.

EXPERIENCE
Daniel spent the first 4 years of his career in investment banking, primarily at Guggenheim Securities where he worked alongside medical device companies. Following his passion for health innovation and improving patient outcomes, he then pivoted to SOPHiA Genetics, a precision medicine software provider, where he helped lead their strategic finance and revenue operations teams before joining TEAM NY. Daniel received his BS from Washington University in St. Louis.

I believe great organizations are built by the people behind them. I’m motivated by helping teams operate better, move faster, and create meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
EXPERIENCE
Bingru began her career as a Financial Analyst before transitioning into Corporate Management Accounting, where she has spent over a decade focused on financial accuracy, accountability, and continuous process improvement.
As Controller at TEAM NY, she oversees payroll, revenue cycle management (RCM), and accounting operations. S he partners cross – functionally to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support the organization’s long – term financial health. She is committed to building scalable, disciplined processes that uphold both performance excellence and financial integrity.

I was largely raised by my grandmother, a retired nurse who dedicated her life to caring for others. Growing up, I saw how deeply healthcare impacts families. At TEAM NY, I’m proud to help expand access to high-quality home care for seniors and underserved communities.
EXPERIENCE
Jayden began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising health systems and payers on strategy and transformation. He joined TEAM NY as Chief of Staff to drive strategy and operations, and now leads the company’s Growth and Partnerships efforts. Jayden received his BA from Johns Hopkins University.

Home care services supported my grandparents, parents, friends, and neighbors, and I’ve seen firsthand the difference home care makes. I value being part of work that brings peace of mind to families while ensuring healthcare resources are used more effectively and efficiently.
Experience
Christy brings extensive experience in health policy and government affairs, most recently with a multi-state home care company. She previously served as the President of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers and began her career as a NYS Senate Fellow on the Health Committee. A graduate of Emory University, Christy holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan.

Yinna helped launch her previous employer’s home care agency and build its operational foundation. She oversaw operations, created training programs, and led staff management. Her leadership contributed to the agency’s growth and expansion into new markets.

EXPERIENCE
Ken Li began his career at ABI HealthCare as an Executive Assistant and was later promoted to lead the launch of a new branch office on Long Island. He holds a Master of Science degree from Queens College and a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Old Westbury.

As the child of Fujianese immigrants, Ying understands firsthand how meaningful trusted, culturally sensitive support is for Asian families.
EXPERIENCE
Ying began her career in EdTech as a Venture For America fellow, working to improve access to affordable textbooks for college students. She later served as Chief of Staff at a private liberal arts college. She is now focused on expanding access to high-quality home care for older adults. Ying holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a BSBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
